ADMISSIONS

The process for admission begins with a conversation about your family member and what their needs and desired living situation would be. A few of the topics we will cover are:

• Financial eligibility to enter our Home
• Current living situation
• Current needs and health concerns
• What are the hopes and expectations as your family member transitions into a long-term care facility

Following a successful interview, the application process begins.

Admission directly into the skilled nursing wing is rare. Those rooms are reserved first for Residents who are in personal care or our apartments and have come to need a higher level of care.

If we are unable to meet your needs, we will suggest other possibilities that may work for you and your family.
